All colours consist of the white light.
If you hold a piece of crystal or a spectrum glass in the sunlight at a particular angle, the light is broken up, producing a rainbow.
This phenomenon is also seen in a real rainbow, that contains seven frequencies that are visible to the eye as colours, that is also correspond to the basic seven chakras and basic seven stages of consciousness.

So, when we are all aligned, we can shine as a rainbow.
